Hi, I’m Tom Rozsas, navigator in projects, change, strategy, innovation, and economic policy, and author of books related to resilience and transformation. I have a passion for helping individuals and organizations navigate change and achieve their goals.

As a professional, I have worked in various sectors, including public administration, defense, energy, and pharmaceuticals. I have managed projects and programs of different sizes and scopes, from product and system development to strategic planning and policy coordination. I have also provided expertise in project and portfolio management, IT service management, organizational development, and economic policy.

Besides accumulating experience, I am always eager to learn new things and update my skills and knowledge. During my time in the military, I learned about product and system development from idea to launch and life cycle management of military equipment. I also gained experience in working with strict regulations and standards, such as NATO military specifications.

During my time in public administration, I learned about economic policy, strategic planning, and policy coordination. I also gained insight into shaping monetary policy and central bank strategy, as well as educational policy making and sponsorship of universities.

In the energy and pharmaceutical sectors, I learned about IT transformation, system implementation, and business process improvement. I also gained expertise in IT project management and service management, as well as digital transformation in fields such as R&D project management and clinical trials.

I have a Master of Science degree in Management from the Naval Postgraduate School, where I was awarded the Outstanding International Student of the Graduate School of Business and Public Policy. I also have a Master in Business Management from Corvinus University of Budapest, a Master in Electrical Engineering from Budapest University of Technology and Economics, and an absolutorium in Geopolitics from the Doctoral School of Earth Sciences of the University of Pécs.

I enjoy working in diverse and dynamic environments, collaborating with different stakeholders, and solving complex problems. I am fluent in English and Hungarian.
