Meditation - How and why it works for everyone

Meditation is not magic, but it has many benefits. We need no special skills or particular beliefs to learn it. We only need a little patience and a few minutes of our busy days. Consider the time you spend on practicing as an investment in your health and wellbeing. Being mindful also helps to get back the time invested.

Meditation relies on the human operating system. It is a bio hack to take back some control over your mind evolved to be always busy and monitoring your environment, thoughts, and emotions. I will tell you more about this in my video below, which is also available on my YouTube channel.
